Training for Care Staff at Andersen Care

High Calibre Care Assistants

Our Health Care Assistants come from varied ethnic backgrounds and ages. All must have care experience either working as a care assistant, a nurse, or in some cases  having  gained sufficient experience in health and social care from other care organisations.

All Andersen Health Care Staff are trained to very high standards and must undergo Mandatory training  both when they first join us and regularly thereafter before given assignments, to enable them to perform the  required daily tasks involved in either running a household,  personal care, Domiciliary care, Live-in care, while being responsible care workers and companions.

This package of training and development means that our staff are knowledgeable, experienced and comfortable in meeting the varying needs of our service users sensitively and professionally

In line with the National Care Standards Act, we carry out checks with the Criminal Record Bureau and ensure that they are legally able to work within the UK before starting work with us.

All Nurses and Care Assistants undergo a thorough application process.  As a result, we guarantee all staff are fully compliant and ready to work without delay. We take pride in delivering the best standards of care ensuring each Service User receives the care they need.

We operate a 24 hour service and if you are in need of care or help out of office hours, then you can call on us at any time.

By developing and investing in our people, we believe they are able to get the best results. Every Carer working through Andersen Care Agency has to operate within the (Care Quality Commission (CQC ) Codes of Practice.
