Andersen Care is a leading provider of Homecare Services, Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Services that was founded after careful analysis of the spiralling demands on health and social care personnel. We recognised that the demand for quality temporary workers in the health and social care sectors often outweighs supply.

Working to the principles of fairness, equality, transparency and valuing people; Andersen Care successfully works in close partnership with Care Homes, Local authorities, Residential and Nursing Homes as well as Public and Private Sector, providing care services that promote independence and enable choice and control to individuals in their own homes.

The above services may be delivered on a one-one basis or through team of professionals with the shared aim of achieving better service outcomes for the service user.

The range of services provided by the organisation include but are not limited to;  Care of the elderly, learning disabilities, special needs, rehabilitation, alcohol detoxification care, eating disorders, paraplegia, mental illness, and general nursing and care. Other services that will be offered in the not too distant future include palliative care, supported living, and catering for progressive degenerative illnesses.

Respect and Dignity At Andersen Care, we place high significance on staff training and Service User protection.  Service Users are treated with respect and dignity. Their needs are individually assessed and planned in liaison with the family (if they wish). Our Care Staff are trained, competent and specifically selected based on the needs of the Service User. We believe that all recipients of our services should get best value and continuity of care as far as practicable.  We are committed to multi-agency working and will not spare any time or money to get our services to any agreed and expected standards
